Comic Backstory: Little is known so far about him. He's British... kind of. He works for the Daily Show on a work visa... which may need to get revised. Oliver believes he is the sole survivor of a war that destroyed his planet. To make matters worse, Oliver's memories of the last few days of the war are a blank and he has no clue as to how he ended up on Earth.

Weapon: A Vortex Screwdriver.
Powers: The screwdriver can shoot a laser from the tip and has the ability to stop time for two to five seconds at a time, but is very unreliable. Its other features are yet unknown. Also, as a Time Lord, Oliver has an insight into of the grand workings of the universe and time itself. The true extent of his powers have yet to be revealed.
